Foreign intelligence agencies use NGOs in Pakistan

One of the findings of Abbottabad Commission report was that foreign intelligence agencies use non-governmental charity organizations for their objectives. Most of the NGOs do not meet the compliance requirements laid out by the government. This creates security risk for the country.

The abuse of NGOs by foreign powers is an alarming trend as it could jeopardize the operations of genuine operations. NGOs perform important role in providing social services in backward areas.

Dunya TV anchor Malick disclosed that OBL commission report was sold to Aljazeera tv by a government official for a meager amount of 15000 dollars.
